Nicole DeMiglio

Nicole is a coach, trainer, and facilitator who asks powerful questions to create meaningful interactions that unlock creativity, potential, innovation, leadership, and growth. She loves working with teams to harness the collective wisdom and strengths of their organization. She is the Director of Education at Fulcrum Residential, a top 10 Keller Williams team in the country as well as a top 100 team across all brokerages. She has been certified by Business MAPS Coaching, the One Thing, and Xchange. Nicole began her real estate journey in 2012 and has worked in all aspects of the industry from operations to marketing to sales. Nicole calls Northern Virginia home with her 2 daughters and their crazy mini-golden doodle. She coaches businesses in a variety of industries around the country and is passionate about helping people push past their limits to live a life they love.
