She trains and motivates agents, helping them unlock their potential and achieve success. A highly accomplished lead listing and buyer's agent, Shelly specializes in the DC market, consistently delivering outstanding results for her clients. She thrives on helping people invest in their future through real estate, bringing passion and dedication to every client interaction.
Shelly's love for home renovation has provided her with hands-on experience in property acquisition, design optimization, and real estate investment. She shares this knowledge with her clients, empowering them to make smart, informed decisions that secure their financial future.
Since 2011, Shelly has called Northeast DC home and now resides in Brookland. As CFO (Chief Family Officer) to her two children, husband, and rescue dog Simone, she balances a busy family life with her professional career. She’s active in the DC community and schools, and is passionate about health and wellness. As Fulcrum's appointed Giving Ambassador, Shelly works within the Capitol Hill neighborhood to strengthen relationships with local organizations and assists with events and fundraising efforts.
Prior to joining Fulcrum, Shelly gained extensive experience in residential development by collaborating with prominent DC developers such as Menkiti Group, Forest City, and Capital City Real Estate, which has deepened her expertise in the local market.
